Booking and Deposits

  1. Deposit Requirement:

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total project cost is required to secure our services. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to schedule and prepare for your project.

    • The deposit must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

  2. Payment Methods:

    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. Please contact us for more details on payment options.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Once work has commenced on your project, no refunds will be issued. This includes any pre-production, production, or post-production work performed.

    • In the event of a cancellation after work has begun, the client is responsible for the full payment of any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Service Terms

  1. Project Scope and Changes:

    • Any changes to the project scope after confirmation may result in additional charges. We will provide an updated quote for approval before proceeding with any extra work.

    • Significant changes requested during or after the shoot will be billed at our standard rate.

  2. Client Responsibilities:

    • Clients must provide clear instructions and any necessary access to locations or information required for the project.

    • We will be responsible for securing any permits needed by the FAA for the use of drones at shoot location. You are responsible for permissions needed for the use of drones or other equipment at the shoot location from the applicable landowner.

Deliverables

  1. Turnaround Time:

    • Standard turnaround time for project deliverables is 2 business days from the date of the shoot. Expedited services are available at an additional cost.

    • Final deliverables will be provided in the agreed-upon format and resolution.

  2. Revisions:

    • We offer one round of revisions included in the project cost. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.

    • All revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the initial deliverables.

Safety

  1. Equipment and Safety:

    • We adhere to all FAA regulations and safety guidelines for drone operations. Safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights due to unsafe conditions. Weather is common in Florida. If weather conditions cause a cancellation, we will re-book the services at no additional cost to the client.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of the location and providing a safe environment for our team.
